Independent Living
Our services are for the mostly independent senior who is searching for comfortable, maintenance-free living, with optional services, including weekly housekeeping, linen service, meals, and scheduled transportation. Living independently with quick access to assisted living and rehabilitation within the Grace Pointe community provides seniors various options in familiar surroundings. Maintaining independence is of utmost importance and with efficient, private rooms and support services, seniors can look forward to living independently while receiving confidential services to meet their health needs.
Access to 24-hour staffing
If needed, staff members will be available to support those who are living independently. There can be close communication with staff in case of care needs, emergencies or change of condition. We have excellent proximity to North Colorado Medical Center which provides ambulance response and emergency services.
Medication Supervision
Upon request, our staff will be available to participate in the medication needs of each resident by receiving doctors’ orders and assisting the resident with a medication schedule.
Resident Health Assessments
Health Assessments are important for measuring preventative or appropriate care and quality of life. Our goal is to provide preventative care to support a resident's health, while taking into consideration the specific needs of the resident as identified by a doctor.
Assistance with Personal Care
To help residents look and feel good, staff will respond to requests for help with activities of daily living such as dressing, ambulation, bathing, shaving, hair care and make-up. Of course, should the independent resident choose to receive these services from the home health agency of their choice, Grace Pointe will welcome the assistance.
Grounds
Our courtyards provide privacy and security features for our residents. A doorbell is located in the foyer to alert staff after hours. Parking is available on-site for independent living residents who use their personal vehicle.
Full Service Salon
Residents can be scheduled for a full range of hair care services. Families may arrange to use our shop to receive these services for themselves as well.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are available on request. Deep cleaning routinely is suggested, and linen changes will be scheduled as often as requested by the resident.
Meals and Snacks
We offer various breakfast options with flexibility for early or late risers. Lunch at mid-day will be the main meal of the day, and a light dinner will be served in the early evening. Residents are treated to visits from staff with the juice cart, and snacks are available any time. Meals are a social event, but we understand that illness may require a resident to have meal service in their room as needed.
Guest Meal
We love to include family and friends for meals, especially on holidays. Private dining is available for large or small groups when scheduled with Grace Pointe.
