Grace Pointe Continuing Care Senior Campus is a senior services community offering a variety of comfortable living and rehabilitation options in Northern Colorado with trained and experienced healthcare team members. Grace Pointe offers assisted living and nursing home services, licensed by the State of Colorado.
Your Neighborhood
Our new community is located on a beautifully landscaped campus on the growing edge of West Greeley, close to several key medical facilities, public transportation and nearby parks. There are four distinct sections that feature separate living arrangements, each with its own entrance, dining room and seating areas.
Our community provides spacious living arrangements for residents, with private occupancy and a few 2-bed apartments for spouses with various needs. The grounds provide privacy and security features for residents to walk and enjoy the outdoors.
Grounds
Our courtyards provide privacy and security features for our residents. A doorbell is located in the foyer to alert staff after hours. Parking is available on-site for independent living residents who use their personal vehicle.
Full Service Salon
Residents can be scheduled for a full range of hair care services. Families may arrange to use our beauty and barbar shop to receive these services for themselves, as well.
