Grace Pointe Continuing Care Senior Campus is a senior services community that offers a variety of living and rehabilitation options in northern Colorado with skilled and experienced healthcare team members. We are dedicated to offering compassionate medical care and emotional support to our residents, and we are happy to assist you as you make decisions for yourself or your loved one. Our commitment to our residents is hospitality with dignity and grace.
Our new community is located on a beautifully landscaped campus on the growing edge of west Greeley, close to several key medical facilities, public transportation and a local park. Grace Pointe offers senior housing with a range of healthcare services including:

Grace Pointe contains four distinct areas that feature these separate living arrangements, each with its own entrance, dining room and seating areas.
The community has spacious living arrangements for our residents, with private occupancy and a few two-bed apartments for spouses with various needs. The beautifully landscaped grounds provide privacy and security features for residents to walk and enjoy the outdoors.
